We can provide a fully managed wired and wireless network solution for residential buildings. The provider supplies, installs, monitors, and maintains all networking equipment for the duration of the contract at no additional cost, delivering building-wide Wi-Fi in common areas such as lobbies, gyms, meeting rooms, and parking garages, while also supporting private networks for building operations and IoT devices.
Optional low-cost Wi-Fi can be provided to individual tenants through dedicated, isolated networks installed in each suite. The service includes proactive monitoring, secure network segmentation, and service level agreements for rapid remote or onsite repairs, along with installation, cabling (if required), and a mandatory three-year management and maintenance term. We also provide wired and wi-fi access for rental office staff / maintenance people using their own private office  wi-fi available throughout the coverage of the installed wireless APs. They generally will have a NAS onsite in the office with a small network printer and wired PC or two.
